He said the poor and handicapped youths studying in the varsity will be provided daily wages jobs and it will be up to them to work whether one an hour or two to three hours in computer & science labs, libraries and other departments. The vice chancellor said during the visit to examinations' centers at Arts Faculty Building where a handicapped youth gave him an application for job purpose.
The VC assured him to provide a job for his livelihood after setting up Students Employment Bureau, so that more needy students may get benefit from it. "The compensation for hour-based jobs will be made from the amount of self-finance scheme to alleviate the financial dilemma of the perplexed youths of the University" the Vice Chancellor said. Meanwhile, Registrar Muhammad Nawaz Narejo, Controller Examinations (Semester) Muhammad Ali Roshan Pathan and other officials were also accompanying with him during the visit.
